This update/outlook contains historical analyses and forecasts for TorontoMLS sales and average selling price. A substantial amount of time is spent breaking down market conditions for low-rise and high-rise home types to explain emerging trends for price growth. A summary of the latest statistics for the condo rental market in the GTA is also provided.
